  • Please arrive at the designated hotel pick-up point a few minutes before your scheduled time and be ready to go; exact pick-up times will be confirmed after booking.
  • At the harbor, arrive at the boarding point at least 15 minutes before departure to allow time for check-in and safety instructions.
  • Swimming and snorkeling are included when sea and weather conditions allow. Participation is entirely optional and at your own risk.
  • Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times during the cruise and transfers. Infants must sit on an adult’s lap when required by the crew or driver.
  • Hotel pick-up and drop-off are only available from selected areas in South Tenerife. There is no pick-up from Puerto de la Cruz, North Tenerife, or other distant zones.
  • Life vests are available for all passengers, and the crew will guide you on how and when to use them.
  • Whale and dolphin sightings are very common in this area, but they can never be guaranteed, as all animals are wild and free to move through the ocean.
  • If you are prone to motion sickness or seasickness, it is recommended that you speak to a doctor or pharmacist in advance and bring any suitable remedies with you on the day.
