- No prior scuba diving experience is required for standard entry-level experiences. However, you must be comfortable in the water and able to swim. Basic swimming competency is mandatory.
- Minimum age is 10 years on the day of your dive. For advanced or specialized packages, higher minimum ages or certifications may apply.
- Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, with written consent provided at check-in.
- You must arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your booking start time. If you arrive late, your experience will be cancelled and all payments will be forfeited.
- Before diving, you must complete a "Fit to Dive" health assessment and the official Deep Dive Dubai medical/liability release form.
- If you currently suffer from, or have previously suffered from, listed medical conditions (including, but not limited to: heart issues, back problems, pregnancy), you must provide a signed, stamped “Declaration of Fitness” from a doctor.
- Scuba diving is not recommended for pregnant individuals or those with serious medical issues such as heart or back problems.
- You must avoid alcohol or non-prescription drugs for at least 24 hours before diving.
- Follow all Deep Dive Dubai policies and procedures—as outlined in pre-dive orientation and by staff.
