The tour was informative, interesting and presented in a veryeasy manner. It covered all aspects of the whiskey making process and the tasting showed the different styles available. All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly.
Seamus was an awesome guide, very knowledgable and funny. Lots of insights and tips during tour. Would not hesitate to book with Seamus again!
So much fun and wonderful Jameson/ Irish history. Tasting the different whiskeys was amazing. Thank you for the wonderful experience!
It was very interactive and informative
The history of Jameson. The tasting!
Daisy! She was amazing and fun to do the tour with
Sorry I don't remember his name but our guide was very informative, quirky, funny and we knew he loved his job! The drinks at the bar were delicious and the different whiskey's we had were amazing!
We had a fantastic experience sampling different Jameson whiskeys. The tour guide explained the distilling process brilliantly.
The Jameson Distillery tour isn’t just a tour – it’s a full-on cinematic experience. Think Peaky Blinders, but with worldclass whiskey instead of gang trouble. Our guide was phenomenal, the history and process fascinating, and the tasting… let’s just say they’ve officially converted me. Best thing we did in Dublin, no contest. Our guide was outstanding, fully in character, and made the whole experience feel like we were part of a film. During the tour, we got a deep dive into the entire production process and the fascinating history behind Jameson. Even if whiskey wasn’t your drink before, you’ll want to give it a chance after this. They even taught us how to properly taste and enjoy it and trust me, it works.
Our tour guide led us through the history of Jameson whiskey with the energy and enthusiasm that made me want to follow him into battle it was later followed by a tasting of three whiskeys which left me tipsy and satisfied with the experience 10/10
This is a fun, interactive, and interesting journey into Jameson' craftmanship and history. I strongly recommend it! It's a must for any trip in Dublin.
Flexibility. We were late for our 1pm tour because I left my wallet at the Trinity College and had to run back for it, the frontline staff was understanding and let us join the next tour.
We couldn't make it unfortunately due to time restraints. Tried canceling day before and morning of but no answer for the number showing on the tickets....very disappointing!
I enjoyed the enthusiastic guide. We learned about the history of the family, how they make whiskey, why theirs is different, and how to taste whiskey. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend.
I am not a beer drinker but I enjoyed the whole experience especially the tasting it was delicious also really enjoyed the view from the 7 th floor.
The best part of the whole experience was our guide, Seamus. He knows his stuff with telling us about Jameson, Guinness, and everything in between. You can tell that he loves what he does, he loves where he loves and is proud of the culture and history. Learning about the distilleries was wonderful as well as learning about different landmarks between them. Would definitely recommend!
Our tour cruise, Ruby, was fantastic! She was very informative and entertaining as well. She made sure we all enjoyed our experience. Thank you Ruby!
Guided tour in German. Note: The information about information about "Blend". Very nice information event. Thank you

Purchasing tickets worked out well . The drink making class was lots of fun . Making drinks, meeting new people and enjoying the drinks together was all part of the wonderful experience .
Person who gave the tour even with his irish accent was easy to understand and a very interesting speaker. The Jameson samples were appreciated - could have finished the Lemonade jameson sample had I had more time. It was very tasty.
the guide was great for the very short time we had him. also the price was so expensive for nothing. we did not like it at all.
I didn't trust the move yo the 3rd party Headout. The website should be more clear that Jameson has a relationship with this vendor and that giving credit card information is secure. I purchased tickets incorrectly and worked eith Robyn at the venue to fix the mistake. She couldn't have been nicer.
This is one of the best tours that we took while staying in Dublin for a week. It was extremely interactive and interesting and our guide was fantastic.
The email you sent me stated i meet a guide outside the venue . We were almost late waiting around for someone that never turned up
The guide (Shane) was great, exhibits and atmosphere were lovely, and the whiskey was GRAND 😊😊

It is presented in a very entertaining and educational way the creation of a wine from the beginning until we can enjoy it sitting at the table. We are also introduced to different types of wines that we can find in the world with their characteristics.

Too many people and waiting to get to some of the smelling globes. Also, no seating at some of the exhibits. A bit touristy. The reviews made it sound so fun. We did learn some facts. I also liked the outside exterior of the museum. The line upstairs for the taste of wine was so long....meh! Then, after recieving the wine, there were no chiars to sit and enjoy it.
The site is the museum really extraordinary very instructive especially very pleasant tickets to have immediate access to the museum

Museum was great the exhibits and interactive parts. It's really cool and easy fast tracking we just walked straight in. However we still had to figure out which way to go and all.of that but we just asked someone and got sorted.
Simple and uncomplicated in advance. At the same time, one thing you should have experienced in Bordeaux. Merci :)

Hassle free experience with Headout, Ciao Florence tour to Chianti wineries was great and definitely value for money. Clean airconditioned bus, English speaking guide and no pressure wine tasting!
We had an amazing time! Our host (Amari?) did a great job explaining some of the history of the city as we travelled through Florence and into Tuscany. The driver did a great job getting us there safely and in great time. The vineyards were both top notch with friendly staff, beautiful vineyards and delicious wines. Would definitely book another excursion and even this same one again! Thank you.
This was an impromptu excursion for us on an unexpected free day during our vacation and it was wonderful. Our hotel was near the meeting point at the train station and the check in process was very easy. Our tour guide Dora was knowledge and friendly. We visited two wineries and had a great time tasting the wines and snacks provided. At the second stop our host Costanza was an amazing storyteller and very entertainment. It was about 45 minutes from Florence and overall the tour lasted about 5 hours. It was great value for the price and we were so glad we signed up.
Great host, informative and delicious!
Martina was an engaging hostess. It was a well run tour and ticked all our expectations
The tour guide and bus driver were so patient and nice as they waited for us to get on the bus since we were late due to transportation issues.
Despite choosing the Spanish tour, the group was mixed in English, Spanish and Italian. However, the guide who accompanied the group gave explanations in all three languages. Only in the 2 wineries we visited was the language only in English or Italian. The 2 visits to the wineries were good, with a small tasting of bread with olive oil and 3 wines in each (starter wines).

My daughter, who is 22, enjoyed her first Guinness ever on the tour. And she loved it! We had a wonderful time and came all the way from Houston, Texas to have this experience.
The stoutie experience was great and the memorbilia never ending
Informative and entertaining.!
No trip to Dublin should miss the Guinness Store House. The pint in the Gravity Bar is worth the visit alone.
Quite disappointed. We don't carry our passport such a touristic and a busy place to avoid to loose it. My 23years old son got only the ticket for the soft drink. At least they would let us to take a photo together.
Very efficient service but would like more details about what each ticket entails.
All like clockwork and a great tourist experience.
Great experience would definitely recommend:)
The tickets I bought weren't exact, they didn't let me in. I contacted headout for the refund but they never answered me. I still demand a refund of 78 euros!
I tried to cancel and was not possible

The City of Wine tour spends too much time on the history and romance of wine and not enough time on the different types of wine. The river cruise was very good, even though it set off late due to a malfunction. The guide was very informative and spoke English very clearly.
Tickets easily booked and received shortly after validation. All the best.
