Unforgettable Eiffel Tower Summit Tour – Thanks to Joanna! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Finding our guide was easy, and from the very beginning, Joanna stood out with her professionalism. She gave us a clear safety briefing and set expectations early on—there was no skip-the-line access, and we might have to wait. And we did—almost two hours! But honestly, it didn’t feel that long at all because Joanna kept us thoroughly engaged. With her arsenal of fun facts, quirky trivia, and rich history of the Eiffel Tower, she turned what could’ve been a frustrating wait into an educational and entertaining part of the experience. Her energy, knowledge, and customer service were second to none—hands down the best I’ve encountered during my entire trip in Paris. Joanna didn’t just guide us to the top—she elevated the whole experience. Highly recommended!
Yussef was a great tour guide. He was very knowledgeable and easy to understand. Being at the top looking out over the city was our favorite.
I was able to access the tickets easily. We understood the guided tour duration was 1 hour 30 minutes. The guide spook with us as we took 5 min walk to the tower. After the guide took us up to the 2nd floor the guided part of the tour was over.
We lucked out being the only one on the tour and it was the night of my 40th birthday- it felt so special! Rafael was a fantastic guide- he walked us up through some beautiful photo spots, took lots of pictures of my husband and I, and answered all of our questions not just about the Eiffel Tower but about life in Paris. It wasn't a crowded night but it was still so nice to follow someone who knew exactly where to go and just be able to take it all in. Highly recommend this experience!
This was one of the best tours I have been a part of. Rafael was nothing short of amazing. He was friendly, very informative, and made sure everyone had an enjoyable experience. We also zipped past security and all of the lines. I highly recommend!
I had trouble finding the meeting point for the guideey tour but the Headout reps reached me via What'sApp at the meeting time! Great service 👍

What a great experience from start to finish almost :) we started the tour outside the pick up address and like most we arrived early tami the tour guide was amazing but she was just filling in as Abbie our actual guide was running late due to metro issue. That being said tami was amazing got us through security and to the lift quickly and efficiently. Abbie arrived just as we where about to board the lift very apologetic and with her note book in hand proceeded to take our tour with an abundance of information. We loved it the kids loved it and it was an amazing experience we will never forget. Thinking of doing one I'd definitely recommend it the Eiffel Tower is a must!
Everyone should see the Eifel Tower with a guide who will tell you the interesting history of the Tower. Our guide was funny and knowledgeable, it was so much better than a solo visit.
The Eiffel Tower structure is outstanding & views are amazing from all levels. The atmosphere around the place is one of awe & excitement. Great seeing some people overcoming their fear of heights. Our tour guide "kendrick" was absolutely professional & helpful & informative about the whole structure & historic occurances at the tower 5*****👍
Very good experience, your guide was excellent, showed us history and step by step on the Eiffel Tower. The summit option was worth the height, wait, and memories 😊
I am happy with this experience because it was one of my wife's birthday presents-she was really happy and that's what counts! Unfortunately, however, I must observe that the one and a half hour wait to go up the tower was really too long and inexplicable! Especially since having already bought tickets we should have had priority. Luckily we had a very nice and very good guide Mademoiselle LIZ who entertained us by telling us the history of Eiffel, many funny stories and many anecdotes that made the wait less heavy.

My family loved it. The tour was great. Our guide Perkins was very helpful, told us a lot of interesting things about the tower. And of course the tower was amazing!
Very good. Abi was friendly and polite. Explained everything well. Perhaps it would be good if tours could be given in German or translated.

Our guide Liz was great, explained everything, showed us pictures. We had to wait a bit, but it was worth it. The view was awesome!
The whole experience was awesome starting with not having to queue up to get in, skipping the lines enabled us spend more time touring the tour itself. The guide gave the history of the tour which gave an insight on how the tower got to look the way it does today. The view...breathtaking I loved the lights show too
Efi our tour guide made the experience very enjoyable and was very knowledgeable in the information he provided. He took time and made the effort to inclue everybody in the tour. The weather took a turn for the worse but actually made it more enjoyable. We got to experience a storm whilst at the summit and it made the experience all the more memorable.
It was megaa nice and very entertaining Catalina really rocked it The woman really has what it takes She did a quiz with us opposite the Eifel Tower I would have given Catalina a whopping 10 points from 1 to 10. 1-bad 10- good Thanks for everything and very good guidance and had booked super fast

The guide Max was very friendly and took care of the whole group. He also told us interesting facts about the history of the Eiffel Tower. The trip was very well organized, exactly as described in the application, we were at the top of the Tower very quickly. I definitely recommend it.
Our tour Guide, Sol, was a 10/10! Her english was clear and easy to understand. Her enthusiasm was great! She was patient, informed, with an engaging delivery of the information. She was eager to answer any questions, made sure our group of 7 was kept together, patiently acted as photographer for everyone in the group, and provided a great history of the tower. The boat ride was pleasant, but with much less info provided about the buildings along the way.
Informative tour, starting place was easy to find. Abi was a great tour guide - informative and lively. Also got a good deal on a river cruise by buying tickets onsite at the office.
Everything went smoothly according to the program I received by email. Our guide Daniela was a great help, she gave us all the important information, told us the historical course of events and was very helpful at all times. The view of Paris from the top of the Eiffel Tower is something you should not miss, as is the boat cruise on the Seine River.
The directions to the meeting point were great, so the well-organized tour could begin. A short summary of the tour in German as a written piece would be good. The Seine trip was also fine.

Anna was an extremely personable, guest focused guide. Clear instructions & guidance on accessing a very crowded environment!!!! Please tell Anna "mahalo "; she will know who this is from!!!!!!
Amazing experience our tour guide Catariana I think her name was so sorry if that's not right. But she was amazing telling us about the tower and she was more than welcoming to us. She was funny and very well presented 😊🤩

Bought tickets to Pena Palace while in Lisbon and taxied to the town. Once there found that there were too many add ons once at the site. Ie; extra bus rides, other tour sites. There were many visitors there the day we went and found the interior tour boring due to length of time shuffling people through the two floors. Would skip that tour the next time. The old town visit part way down the hill after the castle was a highlight for us. Took the train back to what we thought as Lisbon but due to no visitor help at the station ended up on the wrong train.
The space is just indescribable, at least in a way to do it justice. Stunning things to see at every turn. A glorious place to visit! No picture can do it justice. We loved exploring the caves and the well the most but so much more than that to do.
Had no problems with the tickets. Something came up for our group so we got there later than planned and couldn't enter the actual palace. It was still a great experience just enjoying the terraces and taking lovely photos. We actually wished we'd paid for the park only as we didn't feel like we'd missed much, not entering the palace.
The castle is beautiful and very original, park a haven of peace very nice day without hitch.transport very well organized

An enjoyable day in the company of Paulo SILVA who is a very professional guide and ensures that everyone gets the most out of the tour. I gave 4 stars because the description of the visit to the castle gardens is ambiguous. In fact, the most beautiful gardens don't belong to Pena Palace, but to other castles not included in the tour.

The site was a magical place and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Spent about 3.5 hours exploring. Was a bit disappointed that the palace section was only 1 floor. I saw lots of map postings but I didn't see any "you are here" markers. Of course it was crowded but everyone was happy. I didn't see one person in a foul mood.
I was amazed by all of Sintra. The castles are wonderful but also the village itself is so beautiful and there are very nice places omnto eat.

The ticket process was easy. The palace was nice, but the walk up and the gardens are stunning 🤩 If you are fit enough I highly suggest taking the hike up in the morning.
The highlight of my visit was being able to find parking at the entrance to the garden after almost being scammed by the Tuk Tuk guys at the bottom of the hill. Luckily a local waived his finger to warn me not to park where guy was telling me to go. Garden was nice to hike up though on the sunny day. We did notice Giant Hogweed growing near path which is dangerous to touch though. The palace was amazing and the views are the best we have seen.
This place is perfect for a romantic stroll! The park is simply sublime! 🤩 We parked in Sintra and walked up to the palace through a park. It's a steep climb! But what satisfaction once we got to the top 😍

Online tickets were fast and easy. The park grounds weren't of much interest to us after seeing Moors castle and Pena Palace and all the walking for those sights. Pena Palace was ok. Not hugely glamorous. The mountaintop location is the most impressive thing.
Need a good half day to walk the grounds and palace. Didn't go inside but very satisfied with the outside areas. Steep walk up and not for someone with mobility issues.
Although the palace was very crowded, the place is incredible and we didn't have any problems with the tickets! We just queued up and waited for our turn to go in ☺️ It was amazing!

It was a great experience, just be mindful to arrive plenty of time ahead, to reach the palace it take around 10-15 walk uphill.
The tour was good. The palace is pretty amazing. The one thing that was a little bothersome was the fact that on the tkt it says that your time a lot is your time slot and will not be tolerated if missed, well it was , many ppl were arriving after their scheduled time. One thing that would be nice to be included is the length it can take to get from train station to the palace, the traffic was very congested and took longer than we thought it would. We were thankful we gave ourselves lots of time to get there
The castles are beautiful. They are worth visiting, but I do not recommend doing both visits on the same day. The distances between one and the other involve more than an hour's drive. The coaches run every 20 minutes. I wanted to stay longer at Quinta da Regaleira, and it was getting late to get into Quinta da Pena. I had to take a Bolt to get there on time. Calculate well the distances and how you are going to be able to travel.

Was a great experience however I only got 1 audio guide for Pena Palace only. The audio guide wasn't very helpful either. I just paused it to read the available description in each room as I found it to be more informative.
Charming places, consider the weather and especially the wind that can be very strong in the highlands. The places are to be visited in more than one day if you are a nature lover.

Fascinating palace with almost fairytale like extragances architecturally. The queues however were excessive despite entry system.
The palace is beautiful and its gardens. The worst thing is the hill to get to it and the need to arrive on time.

I bought a ticket online and it was the best thing I ever done because the lineup was huge and I went straight through and Audio guide explained all the points. It was a beautiful experience. I'm glad they did it and I will suggest it to all my friends
Very nice place....it was worth it. Easy ka oricedure to purchase online. Slightly high price. Satisfied

The experience was outstanding regarding the quinta da Regaleira, beautiful the garden part all to discover with the caves as icing on the cake is beautiful fairy tale atmosphere. On the other hand, less beautiful was the visit of the Pena Palace, the palace very nice to photograph in the outside part but how the visit inside is organized I did not like it: it is a perennial and endless line to see two rooms and you do not see them well because you have to keep walking as there are so many people.

The palace itself is stunning, with intricate architecture and decor, but it’s the grounds that truly steal the show— just beautiful around every corner.
Everything was fantastic and fast. We got rained on a bit wn the queue to get in but all very well organized. I'm glad we went. I don't know how long it takes from the parking lot to the castle entrance.
