Really cool and atmospheric spot...definitely worth a visit if you’re into history. It’s an underground cavern that once stored the city’s water supply, and walking through it feels like stepping into another world. The lighting and reflections make it a great place for photos. It’s a relatively quick walkthrough, but the space is impressive and packed with historical weight. A quiet, moody break from the busy streets above.

The monument is spectacular, it is the second time I go to see the Cistern, it is one of the places I repeat when I go to Istanbul. The experience with the purchase without queue, very good, easy access to the monument by a specific row with very little queue. The only drawback is that not being able to download the audio guide to save, if you do not have data, you can not hear it.

The tour started on time, we quickly got through the guided tour line and security, and the guide was very informative with pictures and anecdotal stories as well. I would add that it was unclear for us to look for a guide with a flag at the EXIT of the Cistern. That extra information would have saved us some drama.

Bypass the long ticket lines and explore Basilica Cistern with an expert guide or a self-guided audio tour.

  • Everything you get: Choose between a 1-hour guided tour with a local expert or a self-guided experience using a multilingual audio app. Enjoy skip-the-line access and in-depth commentary that brings the history of this underground marvel to life.

  • Upgrades: Make your visit even more memorable by adding a guided tour of Hagia Sophia. This option includes skip-the-line access and expert commentary, allowing you to explore two of Istanbul's most iconic landmarks in one seamless experience!

The time it took to figure out where to pick up the tickets for the Topkapi Palace and waiting for the guide who was to take us inside exceeded the time it would have taken us to buy the regular ticket. The "skip the line" only works well for Hagia Sophia and the Cistern. No for the palace

We had an awesome time at the Eiffel Tower booked through Headout. Unfortunately I did not read all the instructions properly thinking the scanning code would get us in & didn't realise we had to meet a guide. The staff at the Eiffel Tower was not that helpful & one said to ask any guide. Luckily the first person we met was a guide frm Headout & even though we were not supposed to be part of her group as we were a few minutes late for our time slot, she allowed us to join her group & we had a wonderful experience. Would recommend this company & so glad u have booked a few trips with Headout through Europe.

We opted for the Eiffel Tower summit + riverboat cruise combo. We enjoyed the mini guided tour up to the Eiffel Tower and the escort up to the 2nd floor, with the benefit of a "coup-file". From there, we were autonomous and managed our time on the esoteric as we saw fit. Ditto for the boat cruise on the Seine. We were happy with this formula, but if you're looking for a more comprehensive guided tour with an expert guide, this is not it. Only available in English. For the activity in French, you had to pay 5 euros (?).

Beautiful experience that I would also repeat immediately! One never gets tired of seeing the Eiffel Tower especially when accompanied by an empathetic and helpful guide (even if , alas, he does not speak Italian like the vast majority of French people)who, after explaining the history of the tower in Spanish, English and French, escorted us to the second floor and then left us free to visit this wonder . From any floor and angle of the tower the view of Paris is breathtaking!!! All this without having stood in line for even a minute given the priority access.

Uncover the history behind this iconic landmark with an expert guide while choosing between panoramic city views by day or night.

  • Everything you get: Head to the elevator to the second floor or the summit, the highest point in Paris. Along the way, hear captivating stories about the tower’s construction, significance, and Gustave Eiffel’s vision. On your descent, stop at the first-floor glass platform for a thrilling perspective of the city below.
  • Why choose this: The Eiffel is more than just a viewpoint—this guided tour offers a deeper understanding of its history. With a small group (max 20 guests), enjoy an interactive experience.
  • Choose from multiple slots available— by day, enjoy clear views of Paris landmarks, and by night, witness the stunning city lights and the tower's sparkling illuminations.
  • Upgrades: Add a Seine River cruise, with the Eiffel Tower as the convenient boarding point, for a scenic view of the city’s landmarks from the water.

  • Please note you will not be able to purchase tickets to the summit on the second floor of the Eiffel Tower. If you wish to visit the summit, purchase these tickets before your visit.

Unforgettable Eiffel Tower Summit Tour – Thanks to Joanna! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Finding our guide was easy, and from the very beginning, Joanna stood out with her professionalism. She gave us a clear safety briefing and set expectations early on—there was no skip-the-line access, and we might have to wait. And we did—almost two hours! But honestly, it didn’t feel that long at all because Joanna kept us thoroughly engaged. With her arsenal of fun facts, quirky trivia, and rich history of the Eiffel Tower, she turned what could’ve been a frustrating wait into an educational and entertaining part of the experience. Her energy, knowledge, and customer service were second to none—hands down the best I’ve encountered during my entire trip in Paris. Joanna didn’t just guide us to the top—she elevated the whole experience. Highly recommended!

We lucked out being the only one on the tour and it was the night of my 40th birthday- it felt so special! Rafael was a fantastic guide- he walked us up through some beautiful photo spots, took lots of pictures of my husband and I, and answered all of our questions not just about the Eiffel Tower but about life in Paris. It wasn't a crowded night but it was still so nice to follow someone who knew exactly where to go and just be able to take it all in. Highly recommend this experience!

Highly recommended combo for families and curious minds! Booking the Oceanogràfic + Science Museum Combo through Headout was super easy and smooth. The mobile tickets were delivered instantly, and we skipped the long lines, which saved a lot of time. Oceanogràfic was absolutely stunning – the underwater tunnels and the dolphin show were unforgettable. The Science Museum was interactive and perfect for all ages, especially kids. It’s a great way to spend a full day in Valencia. Totally worth the price and a hassle-free experience thanks to Headout!

"The Valencia Aquarium is an exciting journey into the heart of the oceans! The variety of marine species is endless and each tank is a world unto itself, full of surprises and wonders. But the dolphin show was the most exciting moment: their intelligence, agility and friendliness left one breathless! And the fact that there are so many restaurants inside was a much appreciated comfort touch. Definitely worth a visit, it is an experience that leaves you with a smile on your face and a heart full of joy!"

I loved Oceanografic so much! If you visit Valencia make sure to check this out. It's so big and I was never board. So many animals & everyone there was so friendly. We also loved the dolfin show. You also learn a lot here. What you have to do if an animal needs help and what we can do against global warming. Truly great experience

Beautiful experience. It was really exciting to see all the marine species present like belugas, seals, sharks plus other animals like crocodiles, flamingos, turtles, etc. The dolphin show was amazing, we had chills! The sociability, beauty and intelligence of these animals is something that leaves you breathless...overall everything is well organized, although there were quite a lot of people , we did not suffer , the spaces are large and all well managed. Numerous facilities available, such as bars, restaurants, self dispensers of water and soft drinks, toilets numerous and well maintained. The whole structure around is something impressive. The Science Museum is also wonderful, very large spaces and everything well maintained. The Leonardo immersive room is wonderful. Lots of stations to try some experiments or virtual experiences. Everything is really worthwhile.

Very beautiful Arctic area. The only pity is for the crocodiles we couldn't spot, but it doesn't strictly depend on the park.
