- Tip: On the first floor of the Eiffel Tower, you can take a closer look at one of the remaining pieces of this historic spiral staircase which was used by Gustave Eiffel to reach his office.
- Each year, the top of the Eiffel Tower closes for maintenance and renovations, and this year it will reopen on February 7, 2025.
- Please note you will not be able to purchase tickets to the summit on the second floor of the Eiffel Tower. If you wish to visit the summit, purchase these tickets before your visit.
- This experience is wheelchair and pram/stroller accessible to the 1st and 2nd floors.
- The summit is not accessible to wheelchair users.
- This tour can accommodate a maximum of 20 people in 1 group.
- Individuals must present a valid form of identification, such as a passport or ID card, to access the tower grounds.
- Keep in mind that smoking, large luggage, non-folding buggies/prams, big bags, baby strollers, rollerblades, scooters, skateboards, hoverboards, other large rolling objects (except foldable pushchairs, medical or assistance vehicles for persons with reduced mobility), sharp objects, glass bottles, padlocks, and cans are not allowed on this experience.
- To keep everyone safe, there might be a short wait for a security check when you enter.
- Sometimes, great things take a little patience. During peak seasons, you might have to wait up to 90 minutes before your experience begins.
- After the guided tour, explore each floor of the iconic tower at your own pace and make the most of your visit!
- Entrance is free for infants under 4. If the infant option is not available during the booking step, please contact Headout support to make a request in advance.
- This is an English-guided tour. Some guides may also speak additional languages, primarily French or Spanish, and may offer extra assistance when possible, though this cannot be guaranteed.

I was able to access the tickets easily. We understood the guided tour duration was 1 hour 30 minutes. The guide spook with us as we took 5 min walk to the tower. After the guide took us up to the 2nd floor the guided part of the tour was over.

We lucked out being the only one on the tour and it was the night of my 40th birthday- it felt so special! Rafael was a fantastic guide- he walked us up through some beautiful photo spots, took lots of pictures of my husband and I, and answered all of our questions not just about the Eiffel Tower but about life in Paris. It wasn't a crowded night but it was still so nice to follow someone who knew exactly where to go and just be able to take it all in. Highly recommend this experience!

What a great experience from start to finish almost :) we started the tour outside the pick up address and like most we arrived early tami the tour guide was amazing but she was just filling in as Abbie our actual guide was running late due to metro issue. That being said tami was amazing got us through security and to the lift quickly and efficiently. Abbie arrived just as we where about to board the lift very apologetic and with her note book in hand proceeded to take our tour with an abundance of information. We loved it the kids loved it and it was an amazing experience we will never forget. Thinking of doing one I'd definitely recommend it the Eiffel Tower is a must!

I am happy with this experience because it was one of my wife's birthday presents-she was really happy and that's what counts! Unfortunately, however, I must observe that the one and a half hour wait to go up the tower was really too long and inexplicable! Especially since having already bought tickets we should have had priority. Luckily we had a very nice and very good guide Mademoiselle LIZ who entertained us by telling us the history of Eiffel, many funny stories and many anecdotes that made the wait less heavy.

Our tour Guide, Sol, was a 10/10! Her english was clear and easy to understand. Her enthusiasm was great! She was patient, informed, with an engaging delivery of the information. Bought tickets to Pena Palace while in Lisbon and taxied to the town. Once there found that there were too many add ons once at the site. Ie; extra bus rides, other tour sites. There were many visitors there the day we went and found the interior tour boring due to length of time shuffling people through the two floors. Would skip that tour the next time. The old town visit part way down the hill after the castle was a highlight for us. Took the train back to what we thought as Lisbon but due to no visitor help at the station ended up on the wrong train.

Had no problems with the tickets. Something came up for our group so we got there later than planned and couldn't enter the actual palace. It was still a great experience just enjoying the terraces and taking lovely photos. We actually wished we'd paid for the park only as we didn't feel like we'd missed much, not entering the palace.

I gave 4 stars because the description of the visit to the castle gardens is ambiguous. In fact, the most beautiful gardens don't belong to Pena Palace, but to other castles not included in the tour.

The highlight of my visit was being able to find parking at the entrance to the garden after almost being scammed by the Tuk Tuk guys at the bottom of the hill. Luckily a local waived his finger to warn me not to park where guy was telling me to go. Garden was nice to hike up though on the sunny day. We did notice Giant Hogweed growing near path which is dangerous to touch though. The palace was amazing and the views are the best we have seen.

The tour was good. The palace is pretty amazing. The one thing that was a little bothersome was the fact that on the tkt it says that your time a lot is your time slot and will not be tolerated if missed, well it was , many ppl were arriving after their scheduled time. One thing that would be nice to be included is the length it can take to get from train station to the palace, the traffic was very congested and took longer than we thought it would. We were thankful we gave ourselves lots of time to get there

The castles are beautiful. They are worth visiting, but I do not recommend doing both visits on the same day. The distances between one and the other involve more than an hour's drive. The coaches run every 20 minutes. I wanted to stay longer at Quinta da Regaleira, and it was getting late to get into Quinta da Pena. I had to take a Bolt to get there on time. Calculate well the distances and how you are going to be able to travel.

The experience was outstanding regarding the quinta da Regaleira, beautiful the garden part all to discover with the caves as icing on the cake is beautiful fairy tale atmosphere. On the other hand, less beautiful was the visit of the Pena Palace, the palace very nice to photograph in the outside part but how the visit inside is organized I did not like it: it is a perennial and endless line to see two rooms and you do not see them well because you have to keep walking as there are so many people.

It was a good attraction, a relaxing outdoor walk through gardens and winding pathways. Some statues were still covered but the walk down the well was very cool. Note that it can get quite wet as you get to the bottom and walk through the tunnels. I found buying the tickets online was easy. I took the train to Sintra which was reasonable priced but when you got there it was a bit chaotic sorting out how to get to the top. I should have researched it better. Meeting with the rep was okay but took me a bit to find him. He was very pleasant and had great insight on the property as well as some fun history.

Easy to get to. Quirky place. Worth a visit. Could do with being given a guide or map on entry. Had to wait for 45 mins in blazing sun for ticket time - no shade - no access to refreshments. That was poor. However they do run the gate very efficiently and we were allowed in in our every time. There is no flexibility on this whatsoever.
